Banana Bread Recipe

Remember yesterday’s DIY post with the yummy looking banana bread? Well here’s the recipe! I love baking all kinds of baked goods but there’s something about the smell of banana bread filling the air in the house that just makes you feel so warm.

I found this recipe on Pinterest from Eazy Peazy Mealz and gave it try. Like the name it was super easy to put together and make. Alrighty! Lets get this Banana Bread going. Here’s what you’ll need:

You know the first step! Preheat your oven to 350°F.

In a bowl, add your flour, sugar, baking soda and salt. Whisk the ingredients until they are well incorporated. Once everything is combined, add your wet ingredients.

You want to mix everything just until it’s all mixed together. DO NOT OVER MIX!!!! You don’t want your loaf to get dense.

Next, you’re going to need to grease a loaf pan and add your mixture. Bake your loaf for 50mins to 1 hour. Depends on your oven but you do want to make sure you check on your banana bread at the 50min mark. If you have a baking pick or even toothpick would work, stick it into the center of your loaf and if it comes out clean you’re good to go!

When you take your banana bread out of the oven, carefully transfer it onto a cooling rack. You want to remove any extra heat that it may receive from the loaf pan.

Let the banana bread cool for a little bit until slightly warm. You’re going to want to enjoy this deliciousness while it’s warm. Give it a try and let me know in the comments how it turns out! Don’t forget to like and follow for more creative ideas!
